This group is for individuals who may have some concerns, or others are concerned, about their alcohol and/or substance use, smoking, gambling, sex, or any other addictive/excessive behaviours.
This group will provide connections with others who have also struggled with addictions. Education and strategies are provided for people to use in their everyday lives and a safe place for people to express their thoughts and fears.
