RCWC is a peer based program that offers groups and courses to support and facilitate a recovery model of care. This includes emotional and practical support between two people who share a common experience, such as a mental health or substance use health challenge.

Client can clients can access the program for as long as they need, either on its own or in conjunction with another program. Courses are delivered by peers and adult educators.
