Description:
Trips to medical appointments, weekly grocery shopping, visit to family and to the Seniors Centre are all opportunities for clients to stay active and connected in their community.

Rides vary from $3.50 to $30.00 one way depending on the destination the trip.

60 yrs
Criteria:
- All Caledon seniors- Caledon residents unable to drive because of a short or long-term medical disability (clients may be asked to provide a Physician’s note)- Ontario Works clients- People who require dialysis or are experiencing mobility issues
