For individuals who have experienced trauam. This 8-week group will help you to:
● Learn how trauma is affecting your life
● Discover new ways to cope
● Take back your life from traumatic events
● Meet new people for support
● This program is an information and skills learning group. It is not intended to be a therapeutic/support group. Space is limited.
A short in-person intake appointment is required in advance to take part in this program.
