A multidisciplinary, mobile group of treatment providers including a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurses, counselors, case managers, a vocational specialist, a substance abuse specialist and a peer counselor. This group functions interchangeably to provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services that the clients with mental illness served by the team needs to live successfully in the community.
