Provides transportation for seniors to medical or medical-related appointments. Fee for service program.

Cost to Client:
Cost varies based on destination. Ranging from $12-$22 for Hamilton destinations.
Service Options:
  • Clients may bring a caregiver, spouse or assisting person with them for support. Please enquire.
  • DARTS or Taxi Scrip registration is always recommended.
Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
  • Registrant must be independently mobile.
  • Registrant must be cognitively alert.
