Description:
Provides caregivers with the opportunity to meet once a month for 1.5 hours in a supportive and understanding environment. These groups are open to caregivers of individuals at all stages of dementia. Participants will benefit from:
- Educational resources to support their caregiving journey
- Meaningful connections with others in similar situations
- A safe space to share experiences, challenges, and successes.

Criteria:
The group is open for family and caregivers. People with dementia are not recommended to attend.
