Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together (SMART) group exercise class in a retirement home or community setting. Gentle Exercise Facilitator leads a 60 minute gentle exercise class. Goal is self - maintenance or transition to WALC
Completion of a PARQ form prior to the first class and waiver form. Recommended that you talk to your family doctor if you have not been exercising regularly before starting the class
