Description:
A 3 part series which helps a care partner to better understand the physical, cognitive and emotional changes and needs unique to people living with dementia in the late and end stages of dementia. Care partners will explore methods to retain their relationship with the person living with dementia and be supported to find meaning in the later stages of the disease. Topics included in the 3 sessions include: Preparing for the Later Stages, Enhancing Quality of Life and Taking Care of Yiy

- Care Partners supporting a person living in the later stages of dementia.
- Participants must be registered clients with ASBHNHH.
