This virtual support group meets weekly over Zoom and is facilitated by your peers – individuals living with early stage dementia. It is intended to help you emotionally process the changes you experience when living with early stage dementia. By participating in this group, you will meet other people living with early stage dementia and have an opportunity to listen to them and share your experiences.

Individuals living with early stage dementia are encouraged to speak to their counsellor about joining this peer-led support group.
