Description:
Telephone Reassurance Calls are regularly scheduled calls to check on an individual's safety and well-being. If the call is not answered and/or if there is a cause for concern, pre-determined contact people will be asked to check on the individual. If contacts cannot be reached, or if the situation is deemed urgent, emergency services will be called.

This service provides comfort and support to those living alone, giving them a sense of security knowing that someone will check on their safety and well being.

Criteria:
Seniors (60+), Adults (18+) with physical challenges. Must have a phone and ability to use it.
