A counselling session provides a range of services to support the mental health and well-being of children, youth as well as their caregivers or parents. Counselling can help families navigate a variety of challenges such as behavioural concerns, family conflicts, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. The goal of counselling is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for children, youth and caregivers to express themselves, explore their feelings, and work towards positive change.
