The Borderline Personality Self-Regulation Clinic at Ontario Shores provides services to individuals 18 years of age and older who are diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and are having difficulty managing their symptoms. The treatment model consists of 2.5 hours of group-based skills training per week (i.e. up to twice weekly attendance). Additional clinical interventions if required. Overall commitment: 28 weeks.

Must have Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) diagnosis by psychiatrist or psychologist
Ability to read and write at a grade 8 level
Client has sufficient stability with regards to housing
Willingness to engage in group therapy
