Ancestral Hands Midwives offers racially concordant care to the African, Caribbean, Black community in the Greater Toronto area providing prenatal, postpartum, and well-baby care up to 6 weeks postpartum. Ancestral Hands Midwives does not currently provide labour and birth care and collaborate with obstetricians for clients' intrapartum care provision.



With a focus on access, education, and empowerment, Ancestral Hands Midwives aims to address the maternal health disparities caused by systemic racism and improve Black maternal health.
