TOPS is a non-commercial, weight-loss support organization. It is an affordable and evidence-based program that encourages members to make small, steady lifestyle changes, which provides lasting weight loss and better health. There are many groups throughout Waterloo & Wellington counties.
Weekly meetings are at the heart of TOPS' support, starting with a private weigh-in, followed by prepared programs, covering a variety of health and wellness topics.
