Our Residential Program is for those who have difficulty coping at home, who do not have caregiver support, or for those who choose not to live out their final time at home.

There is no charge for any of the programs at the Dr. Bob Kemp Centre for Hospice Palliative Care. However, donations are encouraged and welcomed.
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Age: 18 yrs
Criteria:
Must reside within the Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Brant-Burlington Local Health Integrated Network area (HNHB LHIN).Must be in the final stages of a life-limiting illness, with a prognosis of approximately three months or less.Must have a need for care and supportive comfort measures during the final stages of life.Must have a referral from a health care professional.Must have a physician who will provide continuing care.Must sign an admission agreement.
