Hill House is set on approximately one acre of land. The house includes three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. The House can accommodate up to three residents at a time.

Criteria:
The individual must be:- A resident who lives within the Central LHIN or has family that lives within this area.-Diagnosed with a terminal illness- Deemed to have a life expectancy of less than one month.
