Description:
Inpatient and outpatient services for people living with substance use and mental health concerns. Provides specialized services to help our clients and their families optimize health and well-being. We will work with each client to understand their goals and determine the best treatment and supports to achieve those goals.

Additional programs include:
- Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM)
- Regional Opioid Intervention Service (ROIS)
- Assessment and stabilization unit
- Concurrent disorders unit

Minimum Age: 16 yrs
Criteria:
  • Persons living with complex substance (drug or alcohol) use, mental health, and physical health issues
  • OHIP number included in referral
