Ce programme vous invite à développer davantage votre cohérence cardiaque afin de mieux gérer votre stress, apprendre à répondre au lieu de réagir aux situations de la vie et à vous ressourcer. 2 à 12 rencontres individuelles selon vos besoins et objectifs par intervenante certifiée en cohérence cardiaque HeartMath® et biofeedback avec ordinateur de votre cohérence cardiaque.
