Bereavement support is available for the loved ones of Hospice Kingston clients who are experiencing grief and bereavement before and after a death of a loved one. It provides an opportunity for individuals to learn how to identify and process their emotions and develop healthy coping skills to help begin the process of healing.

Specially trained staff and volunteers provide caring, confidential and compassionate support. Bereavement support volunteers offer one-to-one support for 6-8 sessions and a seven-week bereavement support group, which runs several times throughout the year. Support is offered in a caring, compassionate, non-judgmental and confidential environment.
